Hello Again!
Just a quick reminder before I tell you more about me, I am not a medical expert, nor I have a dedicated medical team. . I am here to share my journey with IBD, Ulcertive Colitis more specifically. I would love to share my personal journey and the things that helped me to cope with this chronic condition. Also, I would love to share the good and bad habits that have imrpoved or worsened my gut health.
So, whether you are someone with an IBD or just wanting to have a healthier gut and lifestyle, I hope you will find what you are looking for on my website.
Gutalie is about sharing my personal experiences with others worldwide, who might be going through the same journey.
It started in December 2024, when I was first diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I finally was relieved to know what is wrong with me, but it was just the beginning.
After around 10 months of stubborn flare up episods, and two hopital addmision, I am finally in a remission!
I am not here to scare you, I just feel inspired to share with you the whole story. It is challenging and overwhelming, but there is always hope.
I am here to share with you how my condition has actually changed a lot in my life, what worked for me, and what did not.
Apart from sounding professional and presentable, I am here to sound more personal and honest.
When I fisrt got diagnosied, I knew nothing about the condition, what to do and what not to do. I searched online hoping to find someone with similar expereince, someone to share what does it mean to live with Ulcertive Colitis away from the medical theory and jargons, but I did not find much).

I decided to create this website, sharing more about living with IBD.
The gut, It is not just an organ to digest the food, it is much more. It is the second brain of the body, and it can significantly improve or reduce the quality of your life, immunity and mental health! That is why I felt the need to find a space where I talk more about it.
